Consultations

(in person or remote)

This service is designed for you if you need detailed information about any of the paperwork listed below and you are not sure yet about hiring someone to take care of it for you. Here we will address any concerns you have and share with you the information you need for submitting your paperwork by yourself, if you decide to do so. This will save you a lot of time and frustration.

At the end of the consultation you will have the opportunity of use the payment for this service as an advance payment for any of the complete services we offer so, the consultation itself, will be for free (in case of hiring the complete service).

Advice and preparation for consular appointments to obtain types of visas

Temporary residencies without permission to work and with permission to work, permanent residencies and visa for humanitarian reasons (includes exchange).

This service is for you if you do not have a mexican residency document (and you are interested in obtaining one) and you meet the fundamental requirement for the type of VISA you want to apply for (click here for a link to the contact form or blog post). This is a package-type service that includes the prior preparation for your consular interview, review and preparation of your documents and the EXCHANGE (canje) in case of obtaining the VISA. We can help you either if you are in Mexico or in your country.

Exchange of visas for residency cards

This service is for you if you already have an authorized VISA by Exterior Relations Secretary (SRE, is the name in Spanish) and you want help to accomplish the second part of the process: the exchange of your visa for your laminated card issued by INM.

Temporary residency renewals

This service is for you if you already have a temporary residency card, and you are on time to renew and you wish assistance to carry this out. IMPORTANT NOTE: In this service we require you contact us at least 1 month prior to your card’s expiration date in order to get the regular price. If you contact us 2 weeks or less before your card’s expiration date then the express service fee will apply.

Changes of immigration status

This service is for you if you already have an immigration status in Mexico (either as visitor or temporary resident) and you want to request a change to other status (either temporary or permanent resident). To know if you can apply for this paperwork click here.

Work permits

This service is for you if you are a TEMPORARY RESIDENT WITHOUT PERMISSION TO WORK and you are interested in working legally in the country.

Naturalization

This service is for you if you are a resident, with more than 5 years living in Mexico and you are interested in having MEXICAN NATIONALITY.

Regularizations

This service is for you if you have an EXPIRED immigration document (either FMM, also known as tourist card, or a temporary resident card) and MORE THAN 60 CALENDAR DAYS HAVE NOT PAST since the expiration date. IMPORTANT NOTE: In this service we require you contact us at least 1 month prior your card’s expiration date in order to get the regular price. If you contact us with 2 weeks or less before your card’s expiration date then the express service fee will apply..

Proof of employer

This service is for you if you have a legally constituted company in Mexico, registered in taxes office (SAT) and you want to hire a foreigner as your employee.

Notifications of change to INM

Address change, marriage status, employer or nationality

This service is for you if you are a resident (either temporal or permanent) and you have a change in any of the characteristics mentioned above. Remember that it is an OBLIGATION for you to notify the INM in time (less than 1 month after you made the change) in order to avoid a fine. Come to us, We can help you!
